Description

We are seeking a Senior Java Software Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in defining and implementing the architecture of our projects. You will work closely with customers, peers, and vendors to resolve complex issues, develop strategic solutions, and ensure technical standards are maintained.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
  • Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code
  • Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging
  • Participate in software and architectural design
  • Recommend changes to improve established Java application processes
  • Develop and execute unit tests

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Java programming
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with MongoDB, Apache Cassandra, and RDBMS Tools
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI / CD) pipelines, especially using Git
  • Experience with web development frameworks like Angular or React
  • Experience with Java frameworks such as DropWizard, Spring, and Hibernate
  • Working knowledge of Unix / Linux systems
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles
  • Experience with distributed storage systems like DB2, Oracle, Cassandra, and MongoDB
  • Fluency in English at an upper-intermediate level

  • Experience with microservices architecture
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
