Job descriptionOversee and ensure quality counseling on course details, admission procedures, and Manage and monitor lead flow, ensuring timely follow-ups on inbound and outbound calls. Evaluate student profiles and preferences to recommend the most suitable courses or Track and analyze counseling performance, maintaining accurate data of inquiries, Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to streamline the student onboarding Stay informed about educational programs, institutional offerings, and industry trends to Drive enrollment targets, motivate the counseling team, and ensure high levels of student Must be proficient in Kannada or Tamil (knowledge of other South Indian languages will be Working Hours : 9 : 30 AM to 6 : 30 PM Location : Gurgaon Fast-growing and rewarding work environment Opportunity to work with India's top education platform
