Notice : Immediate to 15days
Implementation exp in UK Payroll project, preferred but not mandatory. Working in
implementation project doing support role.

Key job responsibilities :
1) Provide day-to-day support of the Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional , must
have experience in UK Payroll (Mandatory) any other payroll with UK payroll
is added advantages.
2) Should have good experience in Payroll end of year processes.
3) Responsible for configuration changes and / or enhancements to
the Oracle HCM Cloud application
4) Learn about Oracle HCM Cloud releases and patches and communicate
changes to key individuals
5) Responsible for testing upgrades, patches, configuration changes, impact
analysis to ensure the stability of the application
6) Act as an Oracle HCM Cloud subject matter expert by providing best-practice
guidance on HCM business processes
7) Establish open, fluid, and timely communications with all interested parties,
stakeholders, and project teams
8) Mentor associates and foster a learning and growth environment
9) Work directly with customer to analyze and document problem, recommend
solution, initiate corrective actions, follow up on problem resolution and
inform customer of status
10) Responsible for adhering to the current project management methodology
while influencing best practices, process improvements, and procedures
11) Adhere to the ticket management guidelines to ensure consistency in both
communication and process in all client interactions
12) Interfaces with the customer to understand the customer’s overall objectives
and requirements
13) Update configuration workbooks when necessary
14) Participate in internal and client knowledge transfer sessions
15) Proactively review data and deliverables for issues and escalates as
appropriate
16) Liaise with Oracle and 3rd party vendors for product / integration issues
Experience : 6-9 years relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Functional
Key Skills :
Functional or Techno Functional experience in HCM Cloud Payroll
Experience in Payroll processing and Fast Formulas
Ability to troubleshoot the issues raised by client
Ability to decode the functional design to resolve the issue
Ability to work on enhancements by gathering requirements from the client
Ability to create or update functional design documents
Ability to create test plan and test scripts for upgrades and patches
