Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Oracle R12 (EBS) Application Functional Analyst to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 10 years of experience in business analysis and a background in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) implementation and support projects. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, design and implement solutions, configure and integrate systems, and ensure quality through thorough Responsibilities :

1. Business Requirement Gathering and Documentation :

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document their business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and system designs.

2. Solution Design & Implementation :

  • Design effective solutions that meet business requirements using Oracle R12 EBS.
  • Implement and configure Oracle EBS modules to align with business processes.

    • 3. System Configuration & Integration :

  • Configure and integrate Oracle EBS modules such as AR, AP, Procurement, Inventory Management, Asset Management, i-Expenses, and i-Procurement.
  • Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

    • 4. Testing and Quality Assurance :

  • Develop and execute test plans to validate system configurations and functionality.
  • Identify and resolve issues during the testing phase to ensure a high-quality :
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in any field, BE / B-Tech MCA, MBA, Cost Accounting, or Chartered Accountancy (CA).
  • 3 to 10 years of experience as a Business / System Analyst, specifically in Oracle EBS implementation / support Skills and Experience :
  • Proven experience in Oracle R12 E-Business Suite (EBS) implementation and support.
  • Depth knowledge of Oracle EBS modules, including Oracle GL (Mandatory) Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP) - Mandatory, Procurement, Inventory Management, Asset Management, i-expenses, and i-Procurement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
