6. Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Good Have Skills : Experience in CSR Voice roles
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Handle customer queries via voice support
2. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication
3. Maintain accurate records of interactions
4. Support data management tasks and generate basic reports
5. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues
Location : Bangalore
CTC Range : 4 to 10 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum)
Notice Period : Immediate to 45 days
Mode of Interview : Virtual
Shift Timing : Night Shift
