About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Manager / Scrum Master with a strong background in project delivery, agile coaching, and service management. The ideal candidate will drive the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and business objectives while fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, budgets, and timelines.

Facilitate Scrum and Scrumban ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and success metrics.

Monitor and report delivery progress, risks, and dependencies using agile dashboards and KPIs.

Champion Agile best practices to drive transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, and team velocity tracking.

Act as a servant leader, coaching and mentoring teams in Agile principles and delivery excellence.

Maintain stakeholder alignment through proactive communication and expectation management.

Ensure strong delivery governance, budgeting, and stakeholder management practices.

Lead distributed or remote teams effectively across multiple geographies.

Required Skills & Experience :

10+ years of experience in project delivery, Agile coaching, or service management roles.

Proven experience with Scrumban or hybrid Agile methodologies.

Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.

Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.

Strong understanding of delivery governance and stakeholder management.

Hands-on experience in DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines.

Familiarity with ITIL or service management frameworks.

Experience in large-scale enterprise environments or regulated industries.

Certifications (Preferred) :

Certified Scrum Master (CSM / PSM) or SAFe certification
