Job description

Role Expectations :

  • Assisting with recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing

HR data.

  • Preparing job descriptions
  • Screening resumes with matching skill sets and requirements
  • Sourcing job search websites for potential recruits and contacting those candidates personally
  • Interviewing potential sales staff members using industry-standard techniques
  • Introducing new hires to the company and walking them through the hiring and training process
  • Serving as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees
  • Completing all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectations of the job

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar junior HR role is a plus.
  • Experience with MS Office.
  • Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
