Job description

Online Presence :

Assist in managing and updating community social media pages.
Contribute to editing blog posts for the website and follow up with parents.
Respond to Instagram and WhatsApp customer queries.
Post content on Dabble’s Instagram Community page.
Manage and solicit reviews across channels.

Collaborations :

Identify, qualify, and execute collaborations with brands, influencers, and stores.

Assistance in Marketing Initiatives :

Create opportunities to run workshops and pop-ups.

Manage bulk orders and closures, including raising invoices.

Connect with customers with service issues and resolve their issues to ensure customer retention

Work with leads and events to generate new sales opportunities.

Community Engagement :

Manage and moderate community groups, encouraging positive interactions and coming up with

engaging activities.

Plan and implement community-building efforts
