Role Overview :

We are seeking motivated IT Operations professionals with a strong background in network and infrastructure management. The role will involve supporting enterprise-level systems, ensuring uptime, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with technology infrastructure requirements for a leading client in the BFSI domain.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and support IT network and infrastructure operations.
Monitor systems performance and ensure availability.
Troubleshoot and resolve network / infrastructure issues.
Work collaboratively with onsite teams to maintain service standards.
Follow security protocols and compliance requirements.

Desired Skills & Qualifications :

1–3 years of experience in IT Operations, Network, or Infrastructure roles.

Hands-on experience with networking devices and infrastructure management.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities

Strong understanding of networking concepts, infrastructure tools, and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of ITIL processes and BFSI domain exposure is a plus.
