Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated AI Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in applied AI, product development, and data-driven solutions. You will support the design, development, and testing of AI features across mentorship, learning personalization, and outcome tracking.

This is an excellent opportunity to learn, experiment, and build real-world AI applications in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building and fine-tuning AI / ML models (LLMs, recommendation engines, NLP, etc.).
• Support integration of AI features into our platform (e.G., Co-Guru, APEX™ assessments, document writers).
• Research emerging AI tools and frameworks (e.G., LangChain, OpenAI, Gemini, vector databases) and provide insights for adoption.
• Help design conversational AI prompts, workflows, and evaluation strategies.
• Work with the engineering team to clean, label, and prepare datasets.
• Document experiments, findings, and best practices to build internal AI knowledge.
• Collaborate with product managers and mentors to align AI solutions with user needs.
