Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager from the Elevator / Lift Solutions industry to lead marketing, sales, and customer relationships in the local market. The candidate will ensure smooth order management, contract compliance, and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Drive marketing and business development initiatives; explore new market opportunities.

Manage customer interactions, follow-ups, and contract reviews.

Ensure all customer orders are accurately documented, clarified, and fulfilled.

Coordinate with the factory to meet contractual obligations.

Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Collect and analyze customer feedback; resolve complaints promptly.

Maintain proper documentation and provide timely reports.

Candidate Profile :

Proven experience in sales / branch management in the Elevator / Lift Solutions industry.

Strong customer relationship and contract management skills.

Ability to coordinate between customers and factory teams effectively.
