We are seeking a seasoned HR sourcing specialist to join our US IT recruiting team.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as an HR in the US staffing industry to source profiles. This includes sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, releasing offers and relieving letters, and compliance coordination.

Additionally, they should be able to perform tasks such as payroll coordination, employee coordination, and performance reviews of employees.

Ceipal experience and US IT recruiting experience are highly desirable but not mandatory.
