Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Amazon Advertising Expert to join our Bengaluru team. This role requires someone who thrives on numbers, analytics, and problem-solving while being equally comfortable with client interactions and strategy discussions.
As an Amazon Advertising Expert, you will :
Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns (SP, SB, SD, DSP).Drive performance through data-backed decisions and proactive campaign management.Conduct detailed data analysis (CTR, CVR, ACoS, ROAS, NTB orders, etc.) to uncover trends and insights.Create compelling ad copies and campaign structures aligned with client goals.Provide strategic recommendations to clients, ensuring their campaigns align with growth objectives.Monitor and manage budgets, bids, placements, and performance metrics on a daily and weekly basis.Collaborate with sales, creative, and strategy teams to deliver full-funnel growth solutions.Maintain regular communication with clients, including reporting, performance reviews, and growth consultation.Stay up to date with Amazon Advertising trends, new ad products, and best practices.Qualifications & Requirements
Must-Have :
Minimum 18 months of hands-on experience managing Amazon Advertising campaigns.Proven track record of handling client interactions and presenting campaign strategies & results.Strong mathematical and analytical skills—ability to interpret complex data and translate into actionable insights.Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) for client-facing and internal collaboration.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.Preferred :
Experience across multiple ad formats – Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands (incl. SBV), Sponsored Display, and DSP.Knowledge of Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) and automation tools for campaign optimization.Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets for advanced reporting.Understanding of creative storytelling for e-commerce brands.Ability to handle high-pressure campaign cycles (festive sales, Prime Day, BFCM, etc.).What We Offer
