Associate Product Designer (UX / UI)

The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to our user-centered design process, working directly on our enterprise SaaS products. You will support the team in building user experiences with a strong focus on research and a strategic mindset, helping to ensure our technology is simple and accessible.

What You'll Do

• User Research : You will assist in planning and conducting user research, including gathering data, conduct interviews, and helping to synthesize findings. Your contributions will help the team uncover key user insights.
• Translate Research into Design : Under the guidance of senior designers, you will translate research findings into structured user experiences. This includes creating user flows, mapping information architecture, and developing wireframes and prototypes.
• Contribute to Strategic Design : You will collaborate with the team to understand product roadmaps and business goals. Your work will support the team’s efforts to align design solutions with a strong user-centric approach.
• Iterate and Refine : You will assist in testing design concepts with users, incorporating feedback, and utilizing data from sources like A / B testing, heatmaps, and analytics to refine designs.
• UX Writing & Microcopy : You will craft clear and concise text for interface elements, including buttons, error messages, and microcopy, to improve the user experience.
• Learn and Grow : You will contribute to the team’s design system and learn to promote a user-centric mindset across the organization.
