Role Overview :

Do you want to build the future of AI while working with some of the most innovative companies in the US We're looking for Full-Stack engineers who love solving complex problems, writing clean code, and experimenting with the latest in AI. If you're passionate about pushing boundaries and want your work to make an impact, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do :

Your day-to-day will be a mix of hands-on coding, problem-solving, and experimenting with AI models. You'll :

  • Build & optimize AI models with efficient, production-ready code.
  • Evaluate performance by testing and ranking model outputs.
  • Fine-tune models with datasets for SFT and RLHF.
  • Raise the bar with code reviews, testing, and clean documentation.
  • Innovate by shaping new strategies to make AI more useful, safe, and aligned with real-world needs.

What We're Looking For :

We're excited to work with developers who are :

  • Strong in Python and JavaScript / TypeScript (ES6+).
  • Experienced with Node.js or NestJS, plus a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Comfortable with modular development, scalable systems, and secure coding practices.
  • Skilled with Docker (this one's a must-have).
  • Clear communicators who can explain their work in excellent English.

    • Bonus Points If You Have :

  • Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g. ChatGPT, prompting, fine-tuning).
  • A background in test-driven development, QA, or automated testing.
