We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Equestrian Trainer to lead its equestrian program and provide students with professional training in horse riding, horsemanship, and equine care. The role combines athletic training, safety management, and educational guidance to foster discipline, confidence, and a love for equestrian sports among students. As a residential position, the trainer will play a key role in supporting the holistic development of learners while ensuring the smooth functioning of the stables and riding facilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver structured equestrian training programs aligned with the school’s curriculum and extracurricular activities.
• Train students of varying ages and skill levels in riding techniques, show jumping, dressage, and other equestrian disciplines.
• Provide guidance on horse care, grooming, feeding, tack maintenance, and stable management.
• Ensure the safety of students and horses during all training sessions and maintain strict adherence to safety protocols.
• Oversee the health, wellbeing, and conditioning of horses, coordinating with veterinary professionals as required.
• Organize equestrian events, competitions, and exhibitions, both within the school and at inter-school / club levels.
• Mentor students to develop sportsmanship, resilience, and leadership qualities through equestrian practice.
• Manage daily operations of the stables, including supervising support staff and maintaining equipment and riding arenas.
• Collaborate with school leadership and the sports department to integrate equestrian training into the overall student development plan.
