Role Overview

As a Full Stack Developer at OmnisAI, you will work across the entire technology stack from UI to backend to infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with design, product, and engineering teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full-stack applications with focus on scalability, performance, and security

Refactor, optimize, and extend existing systems as needed

Architect reusable components, services, and internal tools

Manage the full lifecycle of features, from planning to production deployment

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver high-quality solutions

Write clean, modular, and well-tested code

Break down complex tasks into actionable engineering steps

Identify technical challenges early and drive resolution

Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices

Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 4 years of full-stack development experience in professional environments

Strong analytical and structured problem-solving mindset

Proven ability to understand and enhance complex codebases

Experience leading large-scale feature rollouts and system improvements

High attention to code quality, architecture, and long-term maintainability

Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Passion for clean code and modern engineering practices
