What You Should Know About This Job
Key Responsibilities
Administrative functions and reviews associated with new account onboardings. Includes review of documentation against account details in 3rd party portal (note : users review Personal Identifiable Information (PII) data)Completing audit requests from Institutional clients. Includes gathering data from various repositories & coordinating responses between internal teams to package final client deliverable. Document management, record keeping and retention throughout the client lifecycle. Includes tagging, categorizing, and uploading documents to a book of record and linking to SFDC.Creating & maintaining financial account records in SFDC (CRM). Includes account research across various systems & data entry within SFDC.Collaborate with operations, technology, transformation, and other key stakeholders.Detailed analysis and documentation of both functional and non-functional business needs to create business requirements.Analyze current business process to understand the business needs and to determine how to best fulfill those needs via system and process.Timely escalation and resolution of issues.Adherence to key control / regulatory / audit standards.Ensuring all changes to products, best practice and operating models are clearly understood by all stakeholders and implemented in a controlled manner.Qualifications required :
Bachelor's or master's with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in financial services.Proven client service skills, teamwork, and a sense of urgency to fulfill time sensitive and highly confidential tasks.Ability to develop and nurture relationships with senior business leaders within cross divisional teams.Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership and accountability for projects, has strong organizational skills as well as the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.Flexible and able to work well under pressure in a team environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency using the Microsoft office suite in particular excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
