What You Should Know About This Job

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative functions and reviews associated with new account onboardings. Includes review of documentation against account details in 3rd party portal (note : users review Personal Identifiable Information (PII) data)
  • Completing audit requests from Institutional clients. Includes gathering data from various repositories & coordinating responses between internal teams to package final client deliverable. Document management, record keeping and retention throughout the client lifecycle. Includes tagging, categorizing, and uploading documents to a book of record and linking to SFDC.
  • Creating & maintaining financial account records in SFDC (CRM). Includes account research across various systems & data entry within SFDC.
  • Collaborate with operations, technology, transformation, and other key stakeholders.
  • Detailed analysis and documentation of both functional and non-functional business needs to create business requirements.
  • Analyze current business process to understand the business needs and to determine how to best fulfill those needs via system and process.
  • Timely escalation and resolution of issues.
  • Adherence to key control / regulatory / audit standards.
  • Ensuring all changes to products, best practice and operating models are clearly understood by all stakeholders and implemented in a controlled manner.
  • Qualifications required :

  • Bachelor's or master's with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in financial services.
  • Proven client service skills, teamwork, and a sense of urgency to fulfill time sensitive and highly confidential tasks.
  • Ability to develop and nurture relationships with senior business leaders within cross divisional teams.
  • Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership and accountability for projects, has strong organizational skills as well as the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
  • Flexible and able to work well under pressure in a team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency using the Microsoft office suite in particular excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
