Role Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong Ruby on Rails expertise and hands-on experience in building AI-integrated applications. This role requires a blend of back-end and front-end development skills, combined with the ability to integrate and deploy machine learning / AI models into production systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Develop APIs and services to support AI / ML model integration.
• Build intuitive, responsive, and modern UIs (React / Vue.js preferred).
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security across the stack.
• Optimize databases, caching layers, and background job processing.
• Participate in architectural discussions and influence product / tech roadmaps.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with strong documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and system design.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer (or similar role).

Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails (RESTful APIs, ActiveRecord, Sidekiq / Resque).

Proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Next.js).

Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and database optimization.

Familiarity with AI / ML model integration (Python APIs, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenAI APIs).

Experience with cloud platforms

Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.

Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building AI-powered applications.
