Roles and Responsibilities

1. Root cause of quality issues from ?eld

2. Prepare CAPA to OEM’s based on root cause

3. Discuss with customer to solve these issues

4. Track CAPA implementation within company

From Internal Test bench : -

1. Measurement of items in Machine Shop

2. Vendor complaint quality- outsourced

3. Vendor complaint quality- Bought out

4. Submit MIS to Management- Daily / Weekly Monitor

5. Visit customer’s site to understand issues in details

6. Host customer teams during their factory visit

7. Implement new methods to avoid quality issues

Who Should Apply

1. Male candidate with Experience of Manufacturing & Automobiles having Machine Shop industry

2. Should be B.tech / Diploma (Mechanical)

3. Should have minimum 12-13 years experience

4. Minimum Age- 40 years +

5. Salary Range - 55K to 60K depending on quali?cation and Experience
