We are seeking a skilled DataStage Administrator to join our dynamic data engineering team in Chennai. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in managing IBM Infosphere DataStage environments and a passion for optimizing enterprise data workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain IBM Infosphere DataStage environments using Designer, Director, and Administrator tools
• Monitor, schedule, and troubleshoot ETL jobs and job sequences
• Perform performance tuning and resource optimization for large-scale data processing
• Manage user roles, access controls, and security configurations
• Handle backup, recovery, and migration of DataStage projects and metadata
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for deployments and upgrades
• Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards
