Job description

Job Summary :

We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented Software Test Engineers with 13 years of hands-on experience in both Manual and Automation Testing. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in testing web applications, designing test cases, and building robust automation test suites using Selenium WebDriver with Java.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze requirements and design test cases for functional, integration, and regression testing.
  • Execute manual test cases and log defects with detailed replication steps.
  • Design, develop, and maintain test automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
  • Maintain and enhance the existing automation framework.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA leads, and product teams to ensure high product quality.
  • Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and

retrospectives.

  • Perform defect tracking, bug reporting, and test result documentation using tools like JIRA.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.

    • Required Skills & Experience :

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in Software Testing (Manual + Automation).
  • Strong understanding of Selenium WebDriver with Java and TestNG or JUnit.
  • Experience in writing and maintaining automation scripts for web-based applications.
  • Good understanding of STLC, SDLC, and different testing methodologies (Functional, Regression, Smoke, UAT, etc.).
  • Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr.
  • Basic knowledge of CI / CD tools such as Jenkins is a plus.
  • Good understanding of HTML, CSS, DOM, and browser dev tools for debugging.
  • Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and bug reports.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration to Have :
  • Experience with API testing using tools like Postman or Rest Assured.
  • Exposure to Version Control Systems like Git.
  • Understanding of SQL and database testing concepts.
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum Qualification :
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
