Oracle C2M / Meter Data Management Consultant

We are seeking skilled Oracle C2M - Meter Data Management professionals with strong experience in handling L2 and L3 support activities for C2M upgrade and operations. The role involves end-to-end defect analysis, resolution, data correction, performance tuning, and support for statutory / business-driven enhancements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide L2 / L3 support for Oracle C2M upgrade, including defect analysis, fixes, deployment, and RCA documentation.
• Coordinate with Oracle support and middleware / edge systems for defect resolution.
• Perform data corrections, performance analysis, and tuning in SIT / UAT / Pre-Prod environments.
• Support system testing, regression testing, and UAT phases.
• Incorporate new requirements driven by legal, statutory, or policy changes (design, development, testing, deployment).
• Respond to C2M-specific queries (SOM, Device Management).
• Prepare and maintain key project documentation (functional / technical specifications, test cases, release notes, defect reports, RCA).
• Participate in status reporting and governance meetings with stakeholders.
