What You’ll Do :

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with a strong accounting background, to take ownership of financial reporting, MIS preparation, compliance, and audits. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and has hands-on experience in

managing accounting books, GST

compliance, and audits . This role is

more accountancy-focused , perfect for someone looking to apply their CA firm experience in a fast-paced NBFC environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare, review, and maintain MIS reports for management and regulatory purposes.
• Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and other applicable tax filings.
• Assist with internal and statutory audits, coordinating with auditors and ensuring timely completion.
• Manage accounting books, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with Ind-AS and RBI guidelines for NBFCs.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis from an accounting perspective.
• Implement and maintain accounting policies, processes, and internal controls.
• Manage investor relations by preparing financial decks / MIS, maintaining accurate data, addressing investor queries, and supporting fundraising due diligence and communications.
