Jio is looking for an experienced Jio Center Manager (JCM) to lead overall business performance, operations, and customer experience for a high-impact Jio Center. This role drives sales, ensures seamless operations, strengthens partner productivity, and leads multi-functional teams to deliver superior customer outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver overall sales, revenue & customer acquisition targets for the Jio Center
- Oversee smooth daily operations, administration & service delivery
- Optimize productivity, resources, and cost efficiency of the center
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory & commercial guidelines
- Manage permissions / approvals required for local projects & deployments
- Build strong relationships with channel partners to enhance throughput
- Drive customer retention, manage escalations & improve NPS
- Lead, coach & motivate cross-functional sales, service & support teams
What We’re Looking For
