Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE architecture to lead the technical design and implementation of TLC solutions in a global healthcare transformation program.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver enterprise-grade solutions using Power Apps (Model-driven & Canvas), Power Pages, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Design and optimize Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service modules.
• Lead complex integration scenarios leveraging Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, and custom APIs.
• Ensure robust security, compliance, and role-based access control across Power Platform and D365 CE.
• Implement solution layering, deployment automation, and ALM pipelines.
• Drive CI / CD automation using Azure DevOps and manage version control.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders in a hybrid global delivery model.
