Certinia PSA Consultant - Salesforce Platform

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement, configure, and customize Certinia PSA to meet organizational needs.
• Develop, streamline, and optimize PSA workflows to enhance automation and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Integrate Certinia PSA with other enterprise applications (e.g., CRM, ERP, HCM).
• Provide end-user training, create documentation, and deliver ongoing system support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues within the PSA Technical Skills :
• Proven hands-on experience with Certinia PSA / FinancialForce PSA modules.
• In-depth knowledge of project management, resource management, and billing workflows within PSA.
• Expertise in workflow automation and process optimization within the Certinia ecosystem.
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform : configuration, customization, and basic administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent verbal and written communication Qualifications :
• Salesforce Administrator or Certinia PSA certification(s).
• Experience in professional services or consulting environments.
• Familiarity with APIs and integration tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Workato.
