Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced, technically strong, and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of real estate projects. The ideal candidate must not only manage people and timelines but also have a solid technical background in civil engineering and proficiency in advanced Excel for project tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end execution of real estate projects from planning to handover.
• Review and interpret structural drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Supervise contractors, vendors, and on-site teams for smooth execution.
• Use Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, Lookups, MIS reports, dashboards, data analysis) for project monitoring and reporting.
• Prepare and review progress reports, billing verification, and compliance documents.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective measures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements.
• Maintain close coordination with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
