Job descriptionAssist in draft and vet legal agreements and contracts, including NDAs, SLAs, vendor contracts, & employment documents Maintain records of all legal files & agreements Assist in preparing responses for notices, queries or legal correspondence
Required Candidate profile
- 1–2 years of legal experience, preferably work experience in corporate law, contracts, or compliance is desirable
- Exposure to sectors like retail, luxury goods, or consumer commerce is a bonus
