Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive located in Raipur. The Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new leads, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities also include providing product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts to drive business growth. The role requires collaborating with teams to understand client needs, offering tailored telecom solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in lead generation, sales strategy, and account management
• Ability to understand and present technical solutions effectively
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to build long-term relationships
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic knowledge of Telecom Applications is advantageous
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record in sales
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
