Job description

Executive- Consumer Insights : Are you passionate about understanding consumer behavior and turning data into actionable insights? We’re looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team and support product development, marketing, and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities :

  • Understand business objectives and define research needs.
  • Conduct qualitative research through consumer calls, interviews, focus groups, and online communities.
  • Develop research instruments like discussion guides, surveys, and questionnaires.
  • Support data collection, analysis, and the preparation of reports.
  • Summarize consumer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for product improvement.
  • Maintain organized records of all research activities and ensure compliance with data privacy standards.

Key Requirements :

  • Strong qualitative research skills (moderating calls, writing discussion guides).
  • Experience of 0-1 years in Consumer Insights
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Understanding of qualitative research methodologies.
  • Comfortable using MS Office, Google Sheets.
  • Strong coordination and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with Product testing methodologies (monadic, sequential, sensory, HUTs)
  • Exposure to personal care product testing is a plus
