Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Process Analyst (O2C, Claims) - Insurance. The Process Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, improving, and managing business processes, particularly in the Order to Cash (O2C) cycle and insurance claims management. The role involves identifying process inefficiencies, recommending improvements, monitoring performance, and ensuring seamless process execution. Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams are key day-to-day tasks for this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Business Process Improvement
• Proficiency in Business Process Management and Business Process analysis
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the insurance industry, particularly in O2C and claims management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
