Job descriptionA Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field. Proven experience (typically 3–6 years) as a Designer, Visual Designer, or Design Specialist. A strong command over design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects, etc.) or Figma. A strong portfolio showcasing creative versatility, attention to detail, and strategic thinking. Excellent visual sense, typography, layout, and color skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and deliver high-quality designs that align with our business objectives and brand voice.
- Develop innovative concepts, visuals, and layouts for digital, print, and multimedia platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and communications teams to create cohesive design solutions.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Translate briefs into engaging designs that drive engagement and business impact.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh perspectives.
- Prepare final artwork and coordinate with external vendors (if applicable) for production.
