Lead DevOps Engineer

As a (Senior) Lead DevOps Engineer, you will drive the strategic direction of infrastructure and reliability engineering. Youll lead initiatives in automation, cloud architecture, and system performance, while mentoring engineers and collaborating across teams to ensure operational excellence.

Tasks :

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade CI / CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
Architect and manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes
Oversee cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
Define and enforce best practices in configuration management and system monitoring
Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and preventive action planning
Collaborate with engineering, security, and product teams to align infrastructure with business goals
Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of reliability and continuous improvement

Professional Requirements and Expertise :

6+ years of experience in DevOps, site reliability engineering, or a related field

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field

Deep expertise in Linux, CI / CD tools, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms

Strong background in configuration management, automation, and infrastructure-as-code

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

Experience in the domain of Supply Chain or Logistics

Good to have : Knowledge of security, compliance, frontend (e.g., React, Vue.js), backend (e.g., Python, Java, Spring Boot), and AI / ML integration
