Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an AI Healthcare Trainer / Caller in Bangalore. We are hiring multiple roles.
As an AI Healthcare Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and assisting the Voicecare AI system in completing verification, prior authorization, claims, and other administrative healthcare phone calls through our proprietary platform. You will collaborate closely with the AI, operations, and engineering teams to train and improve the platform’s performance, ensuring accurate healthcare data collection and compliance with industry standards.
