Head Of Design – Clean Beauty Brand- Upto 24 Lpa

We’re looking for a Head of Design to own the brand’s visual and creative identity — translating strategy into design systems, campaigns, packaging, and digital experiences that are cohesive, high-performing, and built for scale.

You’ll lead and mentor the design team, work closely with Marketing & Growth leadership, and ensure every creative output — from Instagram posts to packaging to UI — ladders back to brand and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Stewardship & Visual Identity

• Guard and evolve brand guidelines for aesthetic consistency, accessibility, and relevance.
• Create scalable visual systems across digital, packaging, and retail.
• Collaborate with marketing and content to maintain a clear communication hierarchy across all creatives.
