Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Azure Data Engineer with strong proficiency in Azure Data Ingestion Services and Data Engineering to join our dynamic team.

As a key member of our data engineering team, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines and ingestion processes, utilizing Azure services.

The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of hands-on experience in data ingestion, be proactive in managing timelines, and show strong leadership capabilities in mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Data Ingestion & Engineering : Own and drive Azure Data Engineering and Ingestion tasks as primary activities.
• Ownership & Planning : Take proactive ownership of work planning, effort estimation, and alignment with timelines.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the workstream lead to ensure the efficient execution of data engineering tasks.
• Mentorship : Act as a Senior Developer, guiding and mentoring junior developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Azure Services Expertise : Utilize and leverage Azure Data Services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, and others to build and maintain robust data pipelines.
• Hands-on Development : Engage in hands-on development of end-to-end data pipelines, ETL processes, and data ingestion from various sources to Azure-based platforms.
• Optimization & Troubleshooting : Continuously monitor and optimize data workflows and troubleshoot any data pipeline failures.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
