Job Description : Job Summary :

Team Computers is looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ Developer to join our Salesforce practice.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud with hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and optimizing CPQ processes that drive business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and develop scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Configure CPQ components including Product Bundles, Price Rules, Discount Schedules, and Quote Templates.
  • Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, IT) to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Optimize CPQ performance and troubleshoot configuration or data-related issues.
  • Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support UAT.
  • Work with deployment tools (Gearset, Copado, etc.) to manage changes across environments.
  • Create technical documentation, training materials, and conduct user enablement sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 4 - 10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform with a minimum 4+ years in Salesforce CPQ.
  • Strong understanding of CPQ data models, pricing methods, discounting strategies, and product rules.
  • Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
  • Experience in integrating CPQ with external systems (ERP, Billing, etc.) using REST / SOAP APIs.
  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.

    • Good to Have :

  • Experience with DocuSign, Conga Composer, or other Quote-to-Cash tools.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools for Salesforce (Gearset, Copado).
  • Salesforce Developer / Advanced Admin Certifications.
  • Knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
