Role : Technical Manager – Python + DevOps

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager with expertise in Python and DevOps to lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation, infrastructure management, and DevOps best practices, with a passion for driving innovation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable DevOps pipelines using Python.
• Oversee build, deployment, and environment management for applications developed in C / C++, Node.js, and Java.
• Develop and maintain Jenkins scripts for CI / CD automation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-level DevOps issues in Unix environments.
• Develop Python-based tools to support DevOps activities.
• Enhance and support observability tools for FINACLE applications.
• Mentor and guide DevOps engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices and continuous improvement.
