ServiceNow Architect - JDBC / CSA

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with a strong background in ServiceNow development, integrations, and platform optimization.

In this role, you will take the lead in designing, developing, and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.

You will leverage your expertise in Performance Analytics, Reporting, and Data Visualization to guide the team in creating actionable dashboards and KPIs, while ensuring optimal platform performance.

As a technical leader, you will be responsible for driving best practices, conducting code reviews, and mentoring a team of developers.

This role will also involve collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure that ServiceNow solutions align with strategic goals and business Responsibilities :

As a ServiceNow Architect, you will :

• Lead end-to-end technical design and implementation of platform capabilities, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Architect and implement complex integrations using REST / SOAP APIs, JDBC, MID Servers, IntegrationHub, and Transform Maps.
• Oversee development best practices, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards.
• Guide the team in leveraging Performance Analytics to build actionable dashboards and KPIs, collaborating with business stakeholders to define meaningful metrics.
• Analyze platform usage and performance data to drive data-informed decisions, improving platform efficiency.
• Conduct performance tuning of the ServiceNow platform, including script optimization, query tuning, and instance health checks, and proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Work on governance models for citizen development, enhancing processes, tools, and support for low-code / no-code development while maintaining platform integrity and security.
• Mentor and support citizen developers, guiding them in building compliant and efficient applications that align with best practices.
• Collaborate closely with architects, business analysts, and project managers to ensure successful translation of business requirements into technical solutions.
• Act as a technical advisor and escalation point for complex issues, providing expertise and support as Skills and Experience
