Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Health Cloud modules . Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce implementations.
- Write detailed and structured user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile delivery.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and Salesforce technical teams.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
