Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs to deliver appropriate e-learning courses, workshops, and other training programs.
- Ensure the company meets its objectives by developing & implementing high-impact learning & development programs in line with business needs and priorities.
- Create training plans to ensure all employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles.
- Deliver training to various verticals of the business and work with diverse stakeholders to coordinate and organize training sessions.
- Develop content based on Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and get it approved from the Head L&D.
- Make necessary revisions in training programs (content, delivery mechanism, topics, etc.) based on feedback and evaluation outcomes to optimize & improve the impact of L&D initiatives.
- Develop training content and implement various learning methods company-wide (e.g., coaching, job-shadowing, online training, e-learning) that cater to the training needs and goals of employees.
- Responsible for rolling out L&D programs for supervisory, managerial, and leadership level employees across corporate and regions.
- Create customized development plans for high-potential employees identified by the Business to equip them to take on leadership roles in the future.
- Assist in designing targeted interventions for leadership development and succession planning to build a robust talent pipeline for the organization.
- Conduct train-the-trainer workshops to ensure training scalability and effectiveness.
- Design storyboard courses for training, develop courses in authoring tools, guide & monitor tests, and ensure deployment of courses in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Review and revise course materials to ensure they are in line with operating processes, procedures, and systems.
- Create and share monthly / quarterly / half-yearly / yearly L&D reports with top management & business heads.
