We are looking for an experienced
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Expert
with hands-on experience in
CRM customizations, integrations, Power Platform, Power Portals, Azure services, and solution deployment . The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality CRM solutions, ensuring
performance optimization
and seamless
solution movement
across environments.
Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
solutions including
plugins, custom workflows, custom APIs, and integrations .
Implement and customize
Power Portal
for external-facing CRM solutions.
Build and manage
Power Automate flows
for business process automation.
Integrate CRM with external systems using
Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus , and
batch jobs .
Handle
solution movement
across development, UAT, and production environments ensuring version control and integrity.
Manage
performance tuning, optimization, and monitoring
for CRM applications.
Utilize
Azure Log Analytics
and
Application Insights
for diagnostics and issue tracking.
Debug and resolve issues at both
front-end
(JavaScript, portals) and
back-end
(plugins, workflows) layers.
Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Prepare
technical documentation
for customizations, integrations, and deployment processes.
