Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Senior HR Manager with deep expertise in HR policy design, SOP development, HR manuals, Job Descriptions (JDs), performance management systems, and strategic HR .
This role requires a highly structured, documentation-driven HR professional who has built HR systems from the ground up , led teams, and partnered closely with senior leadership.
Excellent English communication skills are mandatory, as the role involves extensive drafting, documentation, and leadership communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, draft, and implement HR policies, SOPs, HR manuals, and governance frameworks
- Create, standardize, and periodically review Job Descriptions (JDs) across all roles and levels
- Own and lead HR documentation architecture , ensuring consistency, clarity, and compliance
- Design and manage Performance Management Systems (PMS) including KRAs, KPIs, appraisals, and improvement plans
- Drive strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational growth and leadership direction
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR best practices
- Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team , ensuring disciplined execution and documentation adherence
- Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and people strategy
- Handle complex employee relations, policy interpretation, and governance matters with maturity
- Ensure transparent, professional, and consistent HR communication across the organization
