We are looking for a dynamic Area HR Lead to join our team at Reliance Jio. This role is pivotal in driving HR strategies and ensuring seamless HR operations across the assigned area. You will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, manage talent acquisition, talent management and HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance, and contribute to building a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Talent Acquisition across business verticals and support functions.
- Build a talent pool for critical roles through market mapping and internal talent identification.
- Handle recruitment at the area level through effective sourcing mix, defined TAT, and quality parameters.
- Ensure basic HR hygiene and support the IR team in compliance matters.
- Drive HR operations to deliver a seamless employee experience.
- Manage and monitor the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
- Ensure regular cadence and accountability of HR KPIs and initiatives.
- Drive performance management and rewards for employees.
- Execute employee retention plans within the defined geography.
- Implement and monitor employee engagement initiatives within allocated budgets.
- Identify high-performing employees and support career progression opportunities.
- Visit Jio Center and Jio Points to understand operational challenges and provide solutions.
