Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, dishwashing area, and storage rooms.
- Wash, clean, and store all cutlery, crockery, glassware, and kitchen utensils properly.
- Assist in receiving, handling, and storage of kitchen supplies and equipment.
- Support kitchen and service teams during meal periods and events.
- Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal following hotel standards.
- Operate dishwashing machines safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards as per hotel policies.
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
