Job Title : Freelance Upwork Bidder

Job Summary

Nyusoft Solutions LLP is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Freelance Upwork Bidder with 1–2 years of experience. This full-time freelance role is remote-based and focuses on generating business from a variety of online platforms—including Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and PPH.

Position Type : Full-time Freelance (Remote)

Working Days : Wednesday to Sunday

Working Hours :

Wednesday–Friday : 6 : 00 PM – 12 : 00 AM (IST) Saturday & Sunday : 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM (IST)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Research and target high-potential job postings across Upwork and similar platforms.
  • Craft personalized, compelling proposals tailored to client requirements—with no generic or AIgenerated cover letters.
  • Collaborate with technical leads to ensure proposals are accurate and feasible for mobile app and software development projects.
  • Maintain strong client rapport through ongoing messaging, inquiry responses, and timely followups.  Track and report bidding metrics such as proposal submissions, view rates, client responses, and conversions weekly.
  • Stay knowledgeable about industry trends, client expectations, and competitor activity to consistently improve bidding strategy.
  • Contribute to developing effective sales and bidding strategies to meet organizational goals.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience (1–2 years) bidding on Upwork
  • Exceptional written English skills—grammatically precise, persuasive, and clear.
  • Proficiency in writing technical proposals with understanding of mobile app and technical development concepts.
  • Strong organizational abilities, with the ability to manage multiple bids effectively.  Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Use of AI tools is acceptable only when used to assist—not replace—proposal customization.
  • Commitment to building and maintaining quality client relationships.
