Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Jira Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our Atlassian toolset, primarily focusing on Jira Service Management, Jira Software, and Confluence. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders, development teams, and support functions to ensure our Jira and Confluence environments are configured for optimal performance, usability, and process efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess expert-level Jira administration skills, hands-on experience with Atlassian REST APIs, and a proven track record of implementing automation to streamline workflows. The role requires working in a US Time Zone shift and offers a hybrid work arrangement from Noida or Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities

Jira Administration

• Administer and maintain Jira Service Management and Jira Software instances with a focus on scalability, performance, and stability.
• Configure and manage projects, workflows, screens, schemes, custom fields, permissions, and notifications based on business needs.
• Implement advanced configurations for service desks, request types, SLAs, and queues.
• Create, maintain, and optimize automation rules to streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions ensuring data security and compliance.
