Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled

Manual Tester

with hands-on experience in

Airline Passenger Service Systems (PSS)

to join our QA team at Coforge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating critical airline functions including reservation, ticketing, and departure control systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze business and functional requirements for airline PSS modules.

Design and execute manual test cases for various airline workflows.

Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.

Log and track defects using tools like JIRA or HP ALM.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and business analysts.

Validate interfaces between PSS and external systems (GDS, Loyalty, CRM).

Required Skills :

Strong understanding of airline domain and PSS workflows.

Experience with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).

Proficiency in test documentation and defect tracking.

Good communication and analytical skills.

Good to Have : ISTQB Certification

Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies

Basic knowledge of automation tools (optional)
