Job Description

• Define and implement enterprise-wide architecture strategies, standards, and frameworks.
• Lead the design and optimisation of technology systems to support business goals in the metal industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications and processes.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams across the organisation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements in all architectural designs.
• Develop and maintain documentation for enterprise architecture policies and procedures.
• Monitor and improve the performance of technology systems in alignment with industry best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head - Enterprise Architect should have :

• 15+ years of relevant work experience in manufacturing domain (mandatory)
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in enterprise architecture and technology strategy in the industrial or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry
• Expertise in using enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
